En las primeras horas de esta mañana se reportaron disparos dentro de un club nocturno de Orlando de nombre PULSE. La policía anunció que 50 personas murieron en la balacera. También hubo cerca de 53 heridos.
Esto fue un golpe duro para Estados Unidos, particularmente para la comunidad gay, ya que se trataba de un bar frecuentado por personas LGBT.
El atentado se llevó a cabo por un tal Omar Mateen, que incluso llamó al 911 durante el ataque para revelar su alianza al grupo terrorista ISIL. El asesino fue abatido por la policía.
Este fue el peor ataque terrorista en territorio estadounidense desde el 11 de septiembre de 2001. Via CNN.
