La revista inglesa NME entregó ayer los premios a quienes ayudaron a construir la escena musical y la cultura pop en Inglaterra durante el último año. La ceremonia se llevó a cabo en el teatro Troxy de Londres el día de ayer, miércoles 27 de febrero,, y contó con las actuaciones de Johnny Marr (quien interpretó una canción de The Smiths), The Cribs y más.

Entre lo más destacado de los premios, The Killers se llevaron el premio de Mejor Banda Internacional, The Maccabees (quienes estuvieron en México apenas hace tres días) se embolsaron el premio Mejor Album y Foals fueron reconocidos con el premio Mejor Canción por su tema “Inhaler”.

One Direction volvió a ganar el premio de Peor Banda.
