Después de una ardua lucha contra el cáncer, por la cual tuvo que cancelar varias fechas de gira este año, ha fallecido Carey Lander de Camera Obscura. La noticia llegó a través de un comunicado de sus compañeros de banda, quienes lamentaron profundamente lo sucedido.

Esto fue lo que la banda compartió al respecto del fallecimiento de Lander a través de sus redes sociales:

It is with the greatest sadness, that we must share the news that Carey passed away peacefully this morning after her illness with cancer. We have lost our friend and band mate, and our deepest sympathy goes out to her partner Kenny, and to all her family and friends.
